Pickup your small packages at a FedEx retail location near you. Enhance your IKEA online shopping experience with convenient package pickup service. We now offer you the flexibility to collect your packages at a FedEx retail location. During checkout, simply choose your preferred pickup location, and we'll notify you as soon as they’re ready. Discover the convenience of our pickup service and find your nearest location. Parcel sizes up to 25 kgs, some size limitations apply.

You can shop for it in-store – but you don’t have to
Contactless Click and collect service is available at select pick-up locations nationwide. Starting at $5, you can place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store or an external Pick-up location.
Free Click and collect for IKEA Family
IKEA Family members enjoy free Click and collect for online orders at the IKEA Halifax store. No minimum purchase is required.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. While collection will be contactless, pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Proceed to the designated Click and collect parking spots in the loading zone located at the store exit. (If there are no designated spots available, you can also park in any loading zone space and collect your order from the Click and collect designated doors to the left of the customer exit.)
Step 2: Once parked in a designated Click and collect parking spot, click the Check-in button in the “Your order is ready” email.
Step 3: Select your preference - pick-up in Click and collect entrance OR enter your Click and collect parking space number for vehicle delivery.
