Due to the high demands in our distribution center, your package may be delivered a few days later. You will receive a Track & Trace code when your parcel package has arrived.

If you are looking for general information about IKEA or any of our services, please type your query in the search bar below.

  • When you shop online, you can see the delivery cost before finalizing your purchase, as soon as you insert your postal code. This amount is calculated according to the value of the products being delivered and where they're being delivered to. Find out more about our delivery service

  • If you want to reschedule or cancel the delivery date for your order, check if you can do it automatically on our Manage your order page.

    If you can't do it this way, please contact us using the forms available and we'll do everything we can to help you, according to the stage your order is at.

  • You can check stock availability on each product page, using the article number or name to search IKEA.ca. You can select the store you want under “Favourites”. If the product you want isn't available, you can ask for an email or SMS to be sent to you as soon as the stock becomes available again, directly from the product page. 

  • Our stores are open and ready to welcome you safely with plenty of inspiring solutions. Before you visit us, check your local IKEA's opening hours. 

  • Yes, you can track your order status. All you need is your order number (10-digit number on the sales request page) and the email or telephone number associated with it. Find out more here.
